I recently stayed at a charming accommodation in Chiang Mai and had a wonderful experience. The aesthetic of the place was absolutely gorgeous, with a quaint European atmosphere. The private room I booked had a bed that was incredibly soft and comfortable, a true game-changer for any backpacker. Despite a few minor issues, such as occasional clogged shower drains and a language barrier during check-in, the owner and staff were friendly and did their best to assist. The common areas were always clean, and I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks available. I had a delightful stay and would recommend this place for its cozy ambiance and affordable price.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with a cozy and comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was great and there was even a separate toilet. The location was convenient, with many good restaurants within walking distance. The owner was friendly and despite the language barrier, she made me feel very welcome. I had a pleasant stay and ended up extending it for a few more days.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The shower was clogged, causing water to overflow into the room.

As a frequent traveller, I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world. On my recent visit to Chiang Mai, I had the opportunity to stay at Bed In Town. Although my stay was only for transit during my travel, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the airport. The nearest airport was just 4 km away, making it incredibly convenient for those looking for a quick and hassle-free stay before or after their flights.
While Bed In Town offered a decent stay overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. the host and staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging.

Loved the pool, perfect for lounging and showing off my fabulous swimwear. The location was so convenient, making it easy for me to explore temples and the night market. The shared kitchen was great for pretending I can cook.
Oh, the struggle of that tricky wooden staircase! Almost ruined my elegant entrance, but I managed to survive.
